He does installations, sales and personally goes on any warranty calls. He has kept our daily operations running in Houston since 2006. Joe Wilkins Sales Joe Wilkins has been a part of the Sunburst Shutters Houston team for 15 years. He is extremly knowledgeable and an expert in all things shutters.
